Red Berry Elders (my current main group):
We play a whole bunch of stuff! Bluegrass, blues, old-time, jazz, even some gypsy stuff. We don't even know what song will come next.
Sometimes it can be a song that we've never rehearsed. We're as surprised as anyone listening.
